Who needs one?
Appraisals can provide information for the following:
- Attorneys
- Banks
- Bankruptcies
- Divorce settlements
- Donation values
- Estate settlements
- Expert Witnessing
- Family trusts
- Insurance companies
- Fair market value
- Consignment value
- Replacement value
Appraisal Process
- All appraisals are unique and confidential.
- The appraiser needs to determine your use of the appraisal.
- Location of horse and all its documents, i.e. registration, breeding,
health records, show records etc.
- Set a date for an “onsite” visit and for me to take photos.
- I then prepare my research and analyze the data then develop an
appraisal.
- After the appraisal is prepared it will be mailed to you.
Pricing
- Deposit of $75 is required.
- $30 per hour- average( 6-10 hours).
- Each appraisal is slightly different the time is determined by the
equine and the situation.
- An estimate will be provided before your deposit is paid.
